ANDERSON, S.C. – Anderson Police have arrested a man and charged him with criminal sexual conduct with a minor, third degree. Police say the victim was a 13 year-old child.
The arrest warrant, against Ronald Glenn Burgess, II, states the incident(s) occurred between September 1st, 2014 and February 23rd, 2015.
A white van with ‘Ice Cream Truck $1” stickers has also been connected to the investigation.
Burgess is being held at the Anderson City jail until his bond hearing. Investigators are currently looking into the possibility of more victims.
