WOODRUFF, SC – David Wesley Jordan was arrested after Woodruff Police say an 11-year-old in his custody smoked marijuana, used cocaine and watch porn while he was in the room.
The police report says a woman came to the police department saying her children were in danger.
Jordan is charged with Unlawful Neglect of a child, Disseminating obscene material to a minor 12 or younger.
