AIKEN, SC (AP) – A South Carolina man is in custody accused of multiple counts of criminal sexual conduct with a 6-year-old girl.
The Augusta Chronicle reports 32-year-old Jon Hyatt of Warrenville was arrested Wednesday and faces three counts of criminal sexual conduct with a minor in the first degree, four counts of criminal sexual conduct with a minor in the third degree and one count of disseminating obscene material to a minor 12 years or younger.
According to arrest warrants, Hyatt performed sexual acts on the child and allowed her to watch adult pornography.
Hyatt is being held at the Aiken County Detention Center in Aiken, South Carolina. It’s unknown if he is represented by an attorney.
Aiken is located in western South Carolina near the Georgia state line.
