27-year-old Joshua Charles Campbell is charged with 9 counts of attempted murder and third-degree arson after setting a house on fire, according to Oconee Co. Deputies.
The report says 6 kids ranging from 1 to 16-years-old and 3 adults were in the home on Forest Drive in Seneca on Jan 16.
The warrants say Campbell set a pickup truck in the carport on fire.
The fire spread to another vehicle and the home.
The warrants say the people inside were sleeping.
A child in the home woke up, smelled the smoke and woke up the people in the home.
They were able to get out of the home and no one was hurt.
