ANDERSON, SC – A man has been arrested after Anderson Co. Deputies say he struck his grandfather in the head with a metal baseball bat.
18-year-old Joshua Brady Driver was arrested and charged with attempted murder after the incident Tuesday afternoon on Fant Road in Belton.
The victim was taken to the hospital with a cut to the head and other injuries from when he tried to wrestle the bat from Driver, according to investigators.
Driver was arrested later on Tuesday and is currently being held at the Anderson County Detention Center.
