A teenager who was charged with DUI in a fatal wreck last weekend is now facing several drug charges.

Officials say Jordan Tilson, 17, of Walhalla was the driver in the single-vehicle crash around 8:30 Saturday night on Highway 11 near Mountain Road and Critter Road in Westminster.

The vehicle, which contained 3 people, went down an embankment and crashed.

Autumn Jordan, age 18, who was killed, was the passenger in the front seat of the car. Autumn was wearing her seatbelt, authorities said.

Autumn was a member of Open Door Baptist Church, her obituary said.

Tilson and another passenger in the back seat were both injured.

Now, Tilson is facing more charges, according to WYFF-TV.

Tilson was charged Thursday with distribution of a controlled substance and distribution of marijuana, after Oconee County officials say an undercover person bought marijuana and pills from Tilson on Jan. 15, WYFF reported.

Tilson already is facing charges of Felony Driving Under The Influence Resulting In Death and Felony Driving Under The Influence Resulting In Great Bodily Injury.

He is being held at the Oconee County Detention Center.
