Authorities are searching for a couple from North Charleston who left their home July 6 to travel to Pennsylvania but never arrived at their destination.
According to the police report Ed and Dorothy Raines left their North Charleston home Monday July 6 at 10 a.m. The couples’ daughter told police that her parents did not have a cell phone.
Ed Raines is a white male with blue eyes, gray hair, 6’1″ in height and weighs 190 pounds. Dorothy Raines is a white female with brown eyes, brown hair, 5’4″ in height and weighs 150 pounds. Dorothy Raines suffers from diabetes and dementia.
The couple were last seen driving their 2002 Hyundai Sonata GL with SC tag number KMX286.
