GREENVILLE, S.C. – Deputies say a 55-year-old man is charged with inappropriately touching three children he babysat who range from 4 to 6 years old.
Horacio Luis Perez-Fritz is charged with three counts of Committing a lewd act on a child.
According to warrants, Perez-Fritz was babysitting a child in April 2011 when he pulled down the victim’s pants and removed his own before performing lewd acts on the child.
Warrants also say that Perez-Fritz inappropriately rubbed his genitals on another child’s genitals between May and August 2010 before telling the victim not to tell anyone about it.
Perez-Fritz is being held in the Greenville County Detention Center without bond.
