ANDERSON, SC— Deputies responded to reports of a fight that led to a 9-month-old being pepper sprayed at a home in Anderson.
A woman told deputies that she was receiving threatening messages from the suspect about issues with her boyfriend, according to reports.
Deputies say they saw where the suspect was asking the victim if she wanted to fight on Facebook.
The victim said the suspect and another woman showed up at her house on Sophie Lane and forced their way inside, reports say.
According to the incident report, the suspect pepper sprayed the victim before the victim could finally push her out of the house and shut the door.
The victim’s 9-month-old daughter was in the living room while this incident was going on and possibly inhaled the pepper spray, deputies say.
The suspect drove away in a white Buick down Old Pearman Dairy Road.
