LUMBERTON, NC (WBTW) – Robeson County murder suspect Steltson O’Bryan Davis was arrested in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania Wednesday morning, according to deputies.
A release from the sheriff’s office says Davis is acused of shooting and killing Anthony Bethea of Fairmont in September 2018 on Atkinson Road. When investigators arrived to the address to investigate a complaint of shots fired in the area, they found Bethea’s body in the front yard.
Davis is charged with first degree murder and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and will be extradited back to North Carolina.
