Below are the latest road closures and updates from officials at the SCDOT and first responders.

According to the SCDOT, as of Saturday morning there were 399 maintenance employees working and 17 roads closed throughout the state due to Hermine.SCDOT reports (as of 8 a.m. Saturday):In Horry County:

  • Holmestown Road from U.S. Hwy. 17 Bypass to Blue Jay Drive – all lanes closed due to flooding.
  • Ramp 5095 from S.C. Hwy. 31 (Carolina Bays Parkway) to U.S. Hwy. 501 – all lanes closed due to flooding.
  • U.S. Hwy. 76 from S-26-44 (Duford Road) to S-26-72 (unidentified road) – closed due to power lines.

In Marion County:

  • S.C. Hwy. 41 N. from S.C. Hwy. 917 to Dillon County – closed due to fallen trees entangled in power lines.

In Dillon County:

  • S.C. Hwy. 41 N. from Marion County to Buck Swamp Road – closed due to fallen trees entangled in power lines.
  • Catfish Church Road from Manning View Road to Lucky Run – closed due to fallen trees with power line in it.
  • Oliver Road from Arnette Road to Pleasant Hill Road – closed due to fallen trees with power lines in it.

S.C. HIGHWAY PATROL reports (at 9:45 a.m. Saturday):In Dillon County:

  • Lyde Springs Road off Society Hill Road – closed because of road washout.

CITY of NMB and NMB FIRE reports (as of 9 p.m. Friday):

  • Areas of North Ocean Blvd between 11th Ave North to 18th Ave North have standing water with some lanes blocked southbound.
  • Some of the avenues between 11th Ave. North and 18th Ave. North are also closed between Hillside Drive and North Ocean Blvd.
