A man is facing charges after he reportedly touched two children inappropriately at a home in Horry County.
32-year-old Zach Daniel Hicks, of Little River, faces two counts of criminal sexual conduct with a minor.
According to an incident report, Hicks inappropriately touched two children about a year and a half ago. The children reported that they were in a bed at their aunt’s home in Longs when Hicks touched their private parts.
One child reported that while her aunt was out of the bed, Hicks rubbed her belly and her private area.
The other child reported that Hicks sometimes picked her up and placed her on his lap and then touched her private parts.
According to online J. Reuben Long Detention Center booking information, Hicks was released from jail Tuesday evening around 6 p.m.
His bail was set at $10,000.00.
