DARLINGTON, SC (WBTW) – Deputies in Darlington County arrested a Lamar man on burglary and sex crime charges Friday after he reportedly assaulted a woman.
The Darlington County Sheriff’s Office arrested Bobby Peterson, 58, of Lamar, after he broke into a Lamar home and sexually assaulted a woman within the residence, investigators report.
Peterson has been charged with burglary first degree and criminal sexual conduct first degree. Peterson’s bond was denied.
