NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WBTW) – The North Myrtle Beach Department of Public Safety has issued a Red Flag Alert for dangerous rip currents along the beach.
According to the alert, strong rips currents and strong offshore winds are expected today.
They advise you to use extreme caution and do not go out any further than knee deep into the ocean.
