FLORENCE, SC (WBTW) – The American Red Cross held a blood drive in Florence Tuesday.
The event was held at Florence Darlington Technical College.
“Around the holidays a lot of people are traveling, people are on vacation, so it’s less likely people take the time to donate so it’s very important that if anybody is eligible and willing that they come out and donate,” Account Manager Catharine Shranko said.
Everyone who donated to the American Red Cross received complimentary recipes from famous TV celebrity chefs.
