TAMPA, Fla. — You may want to check your cupboard before making your holiday meals this year, a recall has been issued for a popular gravy.

500 cases of Heinz HomeStyle Bistro Au Jus Gravy are being voluntarily recalled because some of the jars may be mislabeled as Heinz Pork Gravy. Because of the mislabeling, the labels on these jars of gravy do not say they contain milk and soy.

People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk or soy run the risk of a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume this product.

There have been no consumer complaints or reports of illness related to this issue to date.
