GREENVILLE, SC – Greenville Police say they have arrested 43 people in a prostitution sting.
They say Simpsonville Police helped with the investigation.
They targeted prostitutes as well as Johns, according to the release.
They also say they identified one person who may be a victim of human sex trafficking.
