GOP presidential candidate Mike Huckabee made a stop at the Langston Baptist Church in Conway Sunday evening.
Hundreds gathered to hear the former Arkansas Governor speak and listen to him play a little bass with the churches band.
The presidential candidate touched on a number of topics including improving the economy and national security.
“and you cannot separate the future of this country, if you do not include the capacity to steer it in the right direction. And that’s why i hope that part of the discussion of the next presidency, is the moral leadership as well as the economic and military leadership.”
The republican presidential candidate will remain in the Palmetto state on Monday. Huckabee will hold a Q&A session for the public at the Florence Boys and Girls Club from 9:45am until 11:00am at the center on Rough Fork Street.
