POWER OUTAGES: List of areas without power and when it could be restored

MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WBTW) – Governor Nikki Haley says more than 800,000 people are without electricity across the state after Hurricane Matthew dumped record amounts of rain, heavy storm surge and downed trees on powerlines.
