ASHEVILLE, NC – A 22-year-old woman has been missing since Saturday in Asheville.
Police tell us Carter Elisabeth Mantooth was last seen in the downtown Asheville area.
She is described as 5’3”, 115 pounds, with long blonde hair and blue eyes. Carter has two tattoos, a sailor on her foot and a Day of the Dead skull on her forearm.
