LORIS, SC (WBTW) – The Horry County Police Department is asking for the community’s help finding two cars stolen from a Loris car dealership.

Police were called to Seaside Motors in Loris Feb. 26 at 9 a.m. when an employee realized two vehicles had been stolen from the lot. Officers note a window next to the back door of the dealership was damaged and glass was littered on the floor.

One of the cars stolen was a white 2007 Chevrolet Avalanche with no tag and the other car stolen was a gray 2005 Mercury Mariner with no tag. There were also other sets of keys stolen from the dealership, the police report states.

The keys stolen went to a 2005 Lexus 300, a 2012 Ford Focus, a 2012 Hyundai Sante Fe, and a 2012 Chevrolet Cruze. There is no video surveillance, according to the report, but police were able to collect some evidence including a set of pliers and fingerprints taken from the building.
