MCCORMICK, S.C. (AP) – A former South Carolina prison guard is accused of using a social media app to send naked photos to inmates and threaten coworkers.

News outlets report 24-year-old Tyshiana Brown was arrested Thursday on charges of threatening the life of a public official, misconduct in office and providing contraband to an inmate.

Police say Brown threatened two correctional officers while she was a guard at a male prison. Warrants obtained by The State newspaper say Brown sent the threats on Snapchat in April and followed up with a text saying a guard wasn’t safe to return to work. The warrant also stated Brown sent nude photos to inmates and gave them tobacco.

It’s unclear whether Brown has an attorney who can comment on her behalf.
