LONGS, SC (WBTW) – The Horry County Police Department responded to a shooting this morning in Longs.
A police report says the shooting happened on McNeil Chapel Rd. around 1:15 a.m. Officers located a 39-year-old male victim in the backyard of a residence. He was taken to the hospital by helicopter.
Krystal Dotson, the department’s Public Information Officer, says the victim is expected to make a full recovery.
