MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WBTW) – Myrtle Beach police are at the scene of an accidental shooting at an apartment complex on Greens Boulevard on Wednesday.
The preliminary investigation has revealed that this incident occurred as a result of an accidental discharge. According to a tweet posted by the Myrtle Beach Police Department at 2:45 p.m., officers reported to an accidental shooting at Quail Marsh Apartments, located at 2005 Greens Boulevard.
Police say one person was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The investigation is underway, according to the tweet.
