GALIVANTS FERRY, SC (WBTW) – Horry County police search for the suspect after a shooting in Galivants Ferry early Thursday morning.
Horry County Police spokesperson Krystal Dotson says officers were called to Pee Dee Road South early Thursday morning for a reported shooting. Officers found one victim, a 58-year-old man, when they arrived on scene. The man was taken to the hospital but his condition is unknown.
Officials have not commented on a motive for the shooting but say no suspects are in custody at this time. A suspect description was not given, but police say when more information is available, it will be released.
