MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WBTW)- Detectives with the Myrtle Beach Police Department say one person was taken to the hospital in connection with a shooting that occurred early Sunday morning near Hotel Blue.
Authorities received the call around 3 a.m. and responded to find a person had been shot and found just outside the hotel.
Police say the shooting victim was taken to the local hospital. No word on his injuries.
Officers on the scene tell News 13 they are investigating exactly where the shooting happened.
They are also diverting traffic around the hotel on Ocean Boulevard.
