LORIS, SC (WBTW) – Horry County Police search for a man wanted in connection to an armed robbery at a Dollar General store Tuesday night.
Officers were called to Highway 701 North, just before 10 p.m., according to a filed police report.
When officers arrived on scene, witnesses said a man entered the store with a gun and demanded money from a clerk. The report states other people inside of the store at the time were forced to the ground. Those who saw the incident told responding officers the clerk gave the man a bag and he left the store.
In the report, a witnesses described the man as wearing jeans, black shoes and a black hoodie.
