CONWAY, SC (WBTW) – Horry County Police have charged a Conway man with unlawful child neglect following an incident Sunday Morning.
Victor Flores Salvador, 36, is accused of hitting a child multiple times with an extension drop cord and throwing a dresser drawer at the child, according to an incident report from the Horry County Police Department.
Police said upon their arrival, they found small lacerations and bruising to the left side of the child’s face.
Salvador is in the J. Reuben Long Detention Center. No bail has been set.
