FLORENCE (WBTW) — Florence police arrested a man they say shot another man at a bar Thursday night.
According to Major Carlos Raines, it happened at Moe’s Bar at the intersection of Gaillard and Kershaw Streets a little after 9:00 p.m.
Raines said two men got into a fight and 32-year-old Gabriel Brown shot a 38-year-old man and then ran away.
Police were able to catch him nearby, and found him with a gun in his hand.
Brown was arrested and charged with attempted murder and is at the Florence County Detention Center in Effingham.
The victim was treated at the hospital. No word on his condition.
