An airplane has gone off a runway and into the St. Johns River near the NAS Jacksonville airport.
According to First Coast News, the FAA says the plane was a Department of Defense contracted flight, not a commercial flight.
The plane is a 737 passenger plane. A source told First Coast News that about 150 people were on board.
Jacksonville mayor Lenny Curry confirmed all people on board are alive and accounted for.
The flight originated from Gitmo, with Naval Air Station Jax as its destination, according to First Coast News.
