SUPPLY, NC (WBTW) – Detectives with the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office are asking for the community’s help in identifying two criminals involved in a break-in and larceny at a Supply business Friday morning.
According to a release from the sheriff’s office, the break-in happened at the C Store and Subway in Supply at 2:15 a.m. Friday morning. Two individuals forced their way into the store, located at 905 Old Ocean Highway, with a pry bar.
The thieves unsuccessfully attempted to break into the C Store safe, then proceeded into the Subway and removed a safe which contained cash. They then left the store in a black or dark color SUV and drove toward US Highway 17.
Detectives describe the suspects as black males, one standing approximately 6’0” tall and wearing a light colored, two-toned long sleeve shirt with black pants, and the other standing approximately 5’10” wearing a long sleeved black sweatshirt with black pants. Both subjects’ faces were covered, detectives add.
