OMAHA, NE – ConAgra Foods is recalling nearly 200,000 pounds of PF Chang’s frozen entrees after metal fragments were discovered inside the sauce included in the packages.
The recall originally affected 3,800 pounds of product, but was expanded on Friday to include 195,597 pounds.
The metal fragments range in size between 2 and 9 millimeters in diameter, and are curled, malleable and shiny.
