To celebrate national pet month, Pet Lovers Warehouse sponsored a pet show which featured animals like reptiles, birds and rabbits Tuesday.
The show took place at the Baker Memorial Library in Timmonsville.
It was designed to bring families to the library to learn about animals and their habitat.
It also helped celebrate the benefits that pets bring into people’s lives.
“Being able too hear the sounds and feel the fur or the scales I think that really peaks their interest and it makes them want to learn more about the animals that they could have as pets or that are out in the wild,” said Granger Britt, Library Associate of Timmonsville Branch.
