News13’s Meteorologist James Hopkins shared his family’s new addition during the “Pet of the Weekend” segment on August 11, 2018.
His family welcomed a new puppy, named Harley, to their family after adopting her from the Grand Strand Humane Society.
Harley is a Boxer-Pit Bull mix.
James says Harley was a surprise for their oldest daughter.
Pet of the Weekend airs every Saturday and Sunday morning on News13’s hour-long newscast from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m.
