— The Myrtle Beach Pelicans, the Class A-Advanced affiliate of the Chicago Cubs, will hold auditions for the position of public address announcer for all Pelicans home games. Auditions will take place at TicketReturn.Com Field at Pelicans Ballpark on Thursday, March 12, at 4:30 p.m.
Participants for the audition should arrive at the Pelicans front office, located near Gate 3 by the main entrance to the stadium off 21st Ave. North. The auditions will take place rain or shine. Anyone interested in auditioning for the position during the 2015 season should arrive during that time. The event will run until everyone has had the chance to audition.
