FLORENCE, SC (WBTW) – Water has been restored after crews fixed a water main break along Cashua Drive in Florence.
Contractors working on a South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) project along Cashua Drive reportedly broke a 12-inch cast iron water main, according to Amanda Pope, with the City of Florence. City crews have isolated the leak around noon and are working to remove and replace that section of pipe.
Pope told News13 that crews were able to restore water service to those impacted.
