FLORENCE/DILLON COUNTY, SC (WBTW) – The South Carolina Department of Transportation plans to close one northbound lane of I-95 over the Great Pee Dee River on Wednesday at the Florence/Dillon County line for repairs.
According to a press release from SCDOT, this new closure will happen around 9 a.m., and SCDOT thinks it will be done by Wednesday night.
It will only affect one northbound lane, but signs will show a detour route for drivers who would rather go around the work zone.
The posted detour route will be I-95 North to Exit 170 (SC 327) to US76/301 to US 301 to SC 38 to I-95 North Exit 181, the release said.
