FLORENCE, SC (WBTW) – Deputies are investigating an alleged shooting that took place Sunday night at a hotel on Lucas Street in Florence.
Florence County deputies responded to the call at the hotel around 9:45 p.m., but when they arrived, no one was found at the location. Deputies did, however, find a gun, according to Major Mike Nunn.
It’s unclear if the shooting reportedly occurred inside the hotel or in the parking lot.
Deputies did not comment on if the gun was run through NCIC to locate a potential owner.
