The two schools that were still closed in Marion County following Hurricane Florence will return to class on Wednesday.
According to a post on Marion County School District’s Facebook page, Creek Bridge High School and Britton’s Neck Elementary School will return to classes on Wednesday. Buses will run in the morning at regular operating times.
The two schools remained closed because officials were unable to access them to assess damages from the storm, Marion County School District Public Information Officer Deborah Wimberly said. The district’s other schools returned to class on Thursday.
