FLORENCE COUNTY, SC (WBTW) – One person died after being struck by a vehicle in Florence County Tuesday evening.
According to South Carolina Highway Patrol, the vehicle was traveling southbound on Peniel Road just before 5 p.m. and hit a pedestrian. The person hit was transported to the hospital where they later died.
We do not know the name of that person yet. South Carolina Highway Patrol continues to investigate.
