DARLINGTON, SC (WBTW) – No one was injured after a house fire in Darlington County on Sunday.
According to Chief Ricky Flowers, with the Darlington County Fire Department, the fire started in the kitchen of a single-family home in the Oats Community.
Units were able to contain the fire to the kitchen and laundry area. The home was damaged by heat and smoke.
No injuries were reported.
The DCFD, Darlington County EMS, and the Darlington County Sheriff’s Office assisted.
