HARTSVILLE, SC (WBTW) – The Darlington County Sheriff’s Office searched for a 6-year-old boy who was reported missing Wednesday morning.
According to Lt. Robby Kilgo, with the sheriff’s office, the child was found on Wednesday afternoon.
The child’s mother, Shermeka Ross, has been arrested and charged with two counts of unlawful neglect of a child or helpless person, according to a press release from the DCSO. Additional charges may be filed.
Isaiah Carroway was reported missing on Wednesday morning at 10 a.m, Kilgo says. The boy was last seen wearing a red shirt and black shorts at 447 Lakeview Boulevard in Hartsville.
