A medical transport van was involved in a crash Wednesday evening in Florence County.
Our photographer at the scene says it happened at Doyle Lane and Claussen Road, southeast of Florence.
Troopers with the South Carolina Highway Patrol responded just after 7 p.m.
Trooper First Class Tyler Tidwell tells News13 two people had ‘very minor’ injuries in what was a 3-vehicle collision.
Tidwell said a sedan and pickup truck were stopped in a construction area when the transport van hit the truck, which then hit the sedan.
Travis Brunson, owner of Brunson’s Transportation which operates the van, says the driver was the only person in the van at the time of the crash. He says the driver was not hurt.
Troopers have not said whether the driver of the transport van was cited.
