Marion Police officers arrested Paul Howard, 30, of Marion for the murder of Quinton Williams.
Officers responded to Eastbrook Estates in the city of Marion on October 30 at around 2:30 p.m., according to Chief Tony Flowers.
There they found Williams lying face down next to a vehicle in the parking lot.
Howard faces charges of murder, possession of a weapon during a violent crime, pointing and presenting a firearm and discharging a firearm.
His bond will be set at a later date.
The police department continues to investigate.
