A man pleaded guilty and was sentenced in connection with a 2015 murder at an “underground” club in the Longs area. 

According to the Horry County Public Index, Keontrail Jhamarcqwez Wilson pleaded guilty to manslaughter on Monday and was sentenced to 10 years with credit for time served. Wilson’s original charge was murder. 

Wilson was arrested in August 2015 in connection with the murder of a 28-year-old man in the Longs community. 

The Horry County Coroner’s Office identified the victim as Ickle Stanley and said he had been shot in the chest.

Stanley later died at Grand Strand Regional Medical Center, Horry County police said.
