BRITTONS NECK AREA, SC (WBTW) – A man killed in a UTV crash in Marion County has been identified.
Richard Odell Pitts, 41, of the Brittons Neck area, died following a crash involving a Polaris UTV, according to Marion County Deputy Coroner Jim Gray. The crash happened late Sunday night and the coroner’s office responded around 11:30 p.m. to the Brittons Neck area.
Pitts’ body has been sent to MUSC for an autopsy, which will be performed on Wednesday, Gray said. The Marion County Sheriff’s Office is investigating.
