MARLBORO COUNTY, SC (WBTW) – A woman is dead after a crash in Marlboro County on Wednesday evening.
Lena Ann Quick, 25, of Bennettsville, was killed when her SUV left the road just before 6:30 p.m. on Brickyard Road near Hickson Road, according to Marlboro County Coroner Tim Brown.
Master Trooper Brian Lee with the South Carolina Highway Patrol said the crash involved one vehicle, a 2016 Toyota 4Runner. The vehicle went off the left side of the road and struck a tree, according to troopers.
Troopers say Quick was wearing a seat belt at the time.
