FLORENCE, SC – The Greater Florence Chamber of Commerce President, Michael Miller, announced today that former SC Governor, David Beasley will be the guest speaker at the Chamber’s Annual Membership Luncheon on Thursday, August 30th. Miller said, “this is a great opportunity to hear from a well-known local, state and national leader. David has traveled the world in many capacities, as a representative of our state and the country. I’m hopeful many will take advantage of this opportunity to hear David talk about his efforts to lead the World Food Program and its 14,000 employees around the globe.”
