DARLINGTON CO., SC (WBTW) – One person has died in a crash involving a bicycle and pickup in Darlington County.
The incident happened at about 6:55 a.m. on East McIver Road near Muses Bridge Road, according to Darlington County Coroner Todd Hardee.
A 1996 Ford pickup and bicycle were both heading east on E. McIver Road when the pickup struck the rear of the bike, according to South Carolina Highway Patrol.
The cyclist was killed. His name has not been released at this time.
The incident is still under investigation.
