NICHOLS, SC (WBTW) – The county coroner’s office has identified a Nichols man who died in a Sunday car accident.
Waylon Johnson, 81, suffered a sudden medical event, causing him to lose control of his vehicle and strike a tree on Nichols Highway near Highway 308, the Horry County’s Coroner’s Office reported on Wednesday.
SC Highway Patrol is continuing to investigate the accident.
